DE 18 East comes to an end at this traffic circle in downtown Georgetown. The city is Sussex County's seat. U.S. 9 West is to the right, and U.S. 9/DE 404 East is to the left. There is no "END" sign at this terminus. (Photo taken 8/5/03)
