Interstate 71 South at Exit 109A - Interstate 670 - Airport/Dayton. Interstate 670 was fully completed in September 2003 after decades of fighting environmental legislation. Interstate 71 South travels underneath the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 prior to merging on the east-west interstate. Exit 100B for U.S. 23 is located just west of the merge of Interstate 71 onto Interstate 70, but motorists are prohibited from crossing two lanes to the right in a short span to the exit.
