Review:
DE 71 connects to U.S. 13 on both ends. It is the main connection
from U.S. 13 North to Middletown. The highway also has a long
duplex with U.S. 301 and DE 896 before heading back to the
northeast. DE 71 comes to an end at U.S. 13 and DE 1.
