DELAWARE STATE HIGHWAY
TERMINUS GALLERY & GUIDES

DE 9

Highway Review:
Skirting the shore of the Delaware Bay, DE 9 connects DE 1 near Dover Air Force Base to Wilmington. It bypasses most towns that slow down U.S. 13 to the west, but the road provides a narrow, winding view of the bay, so there is plenty to keep motorists occupied. The highway also goes through historic New Castle and ends in downtown Wilmington.
