Interstate 290 New York
Interstate 290 is a 10-mile route that connects Interstate 190 to Interstate 90. It provides a bypass of Buffalo for travelers going to Niagara Falls from the east. The interstate is six lanes wide throughout.

Interstate 290 East approaching Exit 1 - Elmwood Avenue - 1 mile. Elmwood Avenue is a north-south arterial between New York 265 (Military Road) to the west and New York 384 (Delaware Avenue) to the east. Interstate 290 East at Exit 3A - U.S. 62/Niagara Falls Boulevard southbound. The Boulevard Mall is just to the south of this seven-ramp partial cloverleaf interchange. The only ramp missing is from Interstate 290 West to U.S. 62 South. U.S. 62 is a lengthy highway that goes from Niagara Falls to El Paso, Texas.
