Interstate 381 Virginia

Interstate 381 is a short spur extending southward from Interstate 81 to the city of Bristol. There are no interchanges on it besides its northern terminus at Interstate 81. The interstate transitions into Virginia 381 which extends a short distance to U.S. 11 and U.S. 421.
