A very dreary background sets the stage for many of these photos, due to the fact that the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy were above this part of the country. The next exit on Interstate 81 North and U.S. 58 East is that of Exit 3, serving Interstate 381, a short spur into the city of Bristol.
