Scenes Related to Interstate 10
Cherry Creek Road northbound at Interstate 10 East. The only thing at this exit (and for miles around in fact) is a Chevron gas station. On this day, the price per gallon for unleaded was a whopping $2.39! Compare this to the average price in Texas of about $2.05/gallon. But that's what happens when you're the only gas station for several miles around. (Photo taken 3/17/05)
