California 18
California 18 runs from CA 138 east of Pearblossom, east to CA 247 and Lucrene Valley, where the highway turns to the south, then south to the San Bernardino National Forest, where the highway turns west and then back to the south to end at CA 30 in San Bernardino. On Day Three of the Deserts & Mountains Trip, I drove CA 18 from Interstate 15 to CA 138.
