DELAWARE TRIP
Interstate 66 Virginia

Interstate 66 connects Interstate 81 to Washington, DC, a distance of 77 miles. I drove all of Interstate 66 sometime during the Delaware Trip, but I took care of the interstate's western 64 miles on Day Eight of the trip. 	Interstate 66 West at Exit 60 - VA 123 - Fairfax/Vienna.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 57B - U.S. 50 West - Fair Oaks/Winchester.
	Another gantry at Exit 57B, this time, it is closer to the gore point.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 57A - U.S. 50 East - Fairfax.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 55 - VA CR-7100/Fairfax Co. Parkway - Reston/Herndon/Springfield.
	Interstate 66 West at Exits 53A-B - VA 28.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 52 - U.S. 29 - Centreville.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 47B - VA 234 North - Manassas National Battlefield Park.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 44A - VA 234 South - Manassas. At least, that's all I can read on this sign because of the #(!@ rain! Maybe I should've invested in some Rain-X before this day began, huh?
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 43A - U.S. 29 South - Gainesville/Warrenton.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 32 - VA 245 - The Plains/Old Tavern.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 28 - U.S. 17 South - Marshall/Warrenton. Another picture very blurred by the rain...
	But the picture of the gore point for this exit turned out fine for the conditions! That's the art of road sign photography in the rain for you - you get some, you miss some! And get some Rain-X next time!
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 27 - VA 55 South/ VA CR-647 - Marshall.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 23 - U.S. 17 North/VA 55 North - Delaplane/Paris.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 18 - VA CR-688 - Markham.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 13 - VA 79/TO VA 55 - Linden/Front Royal.
	Interstate 66 West at Exit 6 - U.S. 340/522 - Front Royal/Winchester.
	Interstate 66 West approaching Exits 1A-B - Interstate 81 - Winchester/Roanoke - 2 miles.
	Interstate 66 West approaching Interstate 81 - 1 mile.
	Interstate 66 West ends here as Exit 1A for Interstate 81 South for Roanoke heads to the left and Exit 1B for Interstate 81 North headed for Winchester branches off to the right. There is no "END" sign as Interstate 66 West merges onto Interstate 81.
